One Sino Park Project.
Story
As one of the most expensive luxury apartment complexes in Beijing, ONE SINO PARK truly lives up to its reputation of quality and design. It’s located in the East third ring road, next to the privileged state-owned residences for the highest ranks of army officials, with exquisitely designed gardens and an amazing lake view. Most owners are household names in China, ranging from business titans to stars of the stage and screen. HANRAD was honoured to provide a soft fit-out (furnishing) solution for a client who owns a penthouse in this amazing compound. The design brief was simple, ‘keep it minimalistic and sophisticated’. We designed three carpets exclusively for this project to compliment the top Italian brands of furniture we selected for the project. Completion is due in April 2019.Location: Beijing, China
