Story
Imagine lying on a rug based on your own painting every day? Wouldn’t you have loved to do that as a child? HANRAD was commissioned to make it happen for a 6 years old girl whose painting was selected to be made into a one off rug for Beijing Design Week, 2017. This cute little bear was painted in bright fun colors with a gorgeous smile on his oversized face. This experience was pure fun and the absolute delight on the young girls face when she first saw the finished rug was absolutely priceless. The rug was commissioned by a private art school that the young artist attends and takes part in the Beijing Design Week programme regularly.Location: Beijing, China
